History

The Conroe Virtual School launched in 2022 and currently serves grades 5-11, but will serve grades 6-12 for the 2026-2027 school year. The class of 2027 will be the first graduating class.

In 2025, the Conroe ISD Board of Trustees officially named the school "The Conroe Virtual School" and adopted "Owls" as the mascot.

In order to apply to The Conroe Virtual School, students new to the district must first complete the enrollment process with Conroe ISD:
